Manage and respond to sales leads and customer enquiries.
Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing accounts.
Prospect, qualify, and secure accounts through effective relationship management.
Monitor sales performance and strategies and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Generate revenue through prospecting, outreach, up-selling, and cross-selling activities.
Prepare and deliver standard quotations and proposals.
Oversee account receivables, ensuring timely collections and monitoring customer credit risks.
Maintain accurate and updated sales records in the company's system.
Requirements:
GCE O/A Levels / Diploma holders
Experience in B2B sales or business development preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and knowledge of CRM systems
Training will be provided on products and solutions
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Professional, proactive, and results-oriented
