Duties
Customer & Account Management
- Service existing customers, handle inquiries, and build strong client relationships while pursuing new leads.
Sales & Quotation
- Prepare sales quotations in SAP, offer competitive pricing, and negotiate with suppliers for cost advantage.
Forecasting & Analysis
- Manage customer forecasts and orders, analyse price trends, and provide accurate account forecasting.
Order & Inventory Coordination
- Maintain inventory levels to support customer orders and optimise timely delivery.
Needs Identification & Solutions
- Understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions to meet their business needs.
Requirements
Min Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Chemical engineering / Chemistry / Material Science
Open to fresh/entry level
IT savvy and knowledge in MS Office and SAP
