Management of accounts: full accountability for all MLO/NVOCC accounts assigned to you, including basic follow-up calls and their requirements on all trade lanes.
Active involvement in the entire sales process, including proposal, quotation, BAF notification, pricing negotiation, and closing spot ad hoc rates; ensuring Dead Freight contracts are operating well; and, if necessary, ensuring that the concerned client is contacted on a regular basis for DF arrangements.
Determine client requirements, possibilities, and important purchasing criteria in order to offer customised solutions.
Respond to consumer enquiries about goods and services every day.
Find and cultivate customer recommendations
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and communicate critical information.

Requirements:
The candidate must have a minimum of two to three years of sales and shipping experience
A degree or diploma in a related field such as supply chain, logistics, or maritime studies
