Objective:

• Achieve sales target by building and maintaining relationship with new and existing customers and managing the sales process

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads while building and maintaining relationship with key personnel of prospects and existing customers
• Manage the sales process - from preparing and presenting proposals to close deals
• Deliver product demonstrations effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge
• Educate customers and channel partners on the latest updates and features
• Attend to and handle customer enquiries, issues, complaints and feedback
• Stay abreast of latest industry trends, analyse competitors\' strategies and contribute new innovative ideas towards product improvement and the growth of the company
• Any other assigned tasks and responsibilities

Skills:

• At least 2 years of Software Sales Experience needed
• Have good verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
• Customer Service oriented
