Our client, a manufacturer of test and measurement equipment, is seeking a Sales Executive to Sales Manager.\xe2\x96\xa0JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for selling technically-oriented products/services.
- Manages and implements the company\'s sales objectives, ensuring profitability based on current and potential customers.
- Supervises the sales team and guides their efforts to achieve prescribed sales targets.
- Collaborates with internal support teams for order processing, project coordination, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Coordinates with the service team to prioritize and address service requests.
- Personally handles selected major accounts.
- Provides leadership and support for technical solutions, proposals, and project execution strategies.
- Plans and implements project plans, allocating and managing resources accordingly.
- Leads and motivates the project team.
- Monitors project performance against targets.
- Establishes strong relationships with customers and collaborates closely with them throughout project implementation.
- Works closely with Marketing to plan and execute promotional seminars, providing market feedback.
- Ensures compliance with statutory regulations, environmental and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Responsible for providing a safe and healthy working environment for all staff.
