Job Description

• Position : Sales Executive/Engineer (Crawler/Crane/Wheel Crane) - Construction Industry
• Location : Gul Circle
• Working hours : Monday - Friday Office Hours
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up to $4500 + $1000 (Transport Allowances/Grab Card) + Commission about $30,000 per annum + Performance Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical and Insurance coverage
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Material Handling Equipment Supplier in Singapore

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute the entire selling process (Sales leads, referrals/cold calls & creating demand and building relationships with customers.
• Prepare quotations and tenders, negotiate terms and check all commercial terms of offer and order of acceptance so as to ensure compliance with Levels of Authority and other relevant MIS policies.
• Construction/tender drawings reading.
• Work with legal advisor to negotiate with client on the contract terms and conditions of the contract.
• Work with Structural Consultant to provide structure sizing for the purpose of crane quotation.
• Work with subcontractor to discuss on the installation method so as to propose the best and most competitive method for installation work.
• Actively monitor, analyse and communicate monthly sales data in daily work to manage personal targets and contribute to product and service planning.
• Monitor the debtors\' list periodically and coordinate with Finance Department to ensure timely invoicing and follow up with customers on all overdue accounts
• Ensure that procedures and instructions in the QMS and EHS are adhered to and carried out In compliance with the specified requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in equipment sales or related field.
• Ability to read construction/ tender drawings.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
