Job Description

• Position : Sales Manager (OWN CAR / CONSTRUCTION EXP) - Up to $8,800 - Sungei Kadut
• Location : Sungei Kadut
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,500 Basic + $1,300 Transport & Petrol Allowance + Commission + Mobile Reimbursement + 14 Days AL + AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Work with management to achieve annual sales budget
• Ensure timely collection of payments
• Select, train, supervise, and delegate responsibilities to sales representatives
• Establish a customer framework with the goal of increasing the customer base by 20% annually
• Take responsibility for maintaining key accounts
• Establish sales targets and objectives for sales representatives and distributors
• Analyse market behaviour and provide recommendations on suitable price and product strategies
• Conduct regular sales training programs in accordance with the yearly marketing plan
• Coordinate and implement pricing policies within territories to maximize profitability
• Participate in marketing and product promotion programs
• Collaborate with marketing to assess market surveys as and when required by management
• Ensure discipline within the department

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years\' of sales experience in the construction industry
• Must have in depth knowledge of construction methods and standards
• Must have own car
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
