Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients within the general cleaning services sector. This includes securing contracts for cleaning public areas, offices, and factories. The successful candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, industry knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales accurately. Provide regular sales reports and analysis. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in industry events and networking activities.
Requirements
Proven sales experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry. Strong understanding of the general cleaning services market in Singapore. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Self-motivated and results-oriented.
