Job Description

• Working Hours: 5.5 Days [10am - 6pm / 10am - 2pm]
• Basic $2000 - $3000 + Commission
• Location: Near MacPherson MRT

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience in Condo and Landed properties construction is preferred
• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Space planning, Designing, 3D Sketchup

Jobs Scope:

• Manage sales enquiry
• Understand homeowners\' requirement and prepare for design proposal/moodboard
• Drafting of 2D spatial plan layouts
• Prepare BQ quotations
• Work effectively with client, vendors to address client\'s requirements
• Work with Project Manager to ensure full onsite project completion
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries
• Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections when needed
• Coordinate with inhouse drafter and 3D team
• Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.
