Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Build, Manage & Maintain customers relations
• Prepare sales and tender proposals documents & presentation / quotation / NDAS
• Conduct tender fact finding and lead generation
• Handle and liaise with clients closely to address any technical or commercial clarifications during the proposal stage
• Develop product knowledge, understanding of competitors/products, market awareness and landscape
• Attend to sales inquiries, achieving personal/company sales targets and provide application support
• Negotiate contract terms to meet both clients and company\'s needs
• Submit weekly and monthly sales progress report to immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Prefer someone experience in selling to facilities managers
• Hunter role
• Good communication skills
