We are looking for a hands-on Sales Lead to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth for our SaaS platform serving offline merchants (F&B, education, and service sectors).
This role combines strategy, execution, and leadership -- ideal for a top-performing SaaS salesperson who can build and lead a high-impact sales team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities

1. Build the Sales System (0 1)
Design and implement the full sales framework -- from lead generation to deal closing, including sales playbooks, KPIs, and team processes.
Set up performance tracking, pipeline management, and CRM reporting for transparency and accountability.
Optimize the merchant conversion funnel and define repeatable sales motion across verticals.

2. Lead and Manage Sales Execution
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve merchant acquisition and GMV targets.
Develop strong relationships with offline merchants.
Drive the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, demo, negotiation, and closing.
Lead by example -- be the first to close deals and set the benchmark for the team.

3. Market Insights & Go-to-Market Strategy
Understand merchants' digitalization needs and propose tailored SaaS solutions.
Work closely with product and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
Identify high-potential merchant clusters and strategic partnership opportunities.

4. Customer Success & Retention
Ensure smooth merchant onboarding and adoption of the platform.
Establish account management and renewal frameworks to drive retention and upselling.
Track satisfaction metrics and customer feedback to inform product and sales strategy.
Requirements

Experience
5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in SaaS, digital marketing, or POS/CRM systems.
Proven track record of selling to SMEs or offline merchants in industries such as F&B, retail, education or lifestyle.
Experience building or leading a sales team or regional sales operations from scratch.

Skills & Attributes
Strong hunter mindset with the ability to open doors and close deals independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Data-driven and familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Understanding of merchant operations, loyalty programs, or membership systems is a strong plus.
