$5K + AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, normal office hours Location: North
Responsibilities

• Market and sell/ lease commercial and industrial properties to prospective buyers through activities such as cold calling, networking with agents, conducting site visits and viewing, reviewing of sales option/ lease documents
• Responsible for the professional conduct of all sales/ lease-related functions at showflats/ sales galleries/ properties which includes attending to enquires of prospective buyers diligently, telemarketing and converting them to sales/ lease transactions
• Develop strong network from leads that are generated through marketing activities
• Build value-based customer and agent relationships
• Responsible and contribute towards the individual, departmental and organizational sales/ lease targets
• Stay abreast of real estate markets and best practices through trade journals, relevant literature and attend events, seminars, and association
• Proactive in providing feedback on all sales/ lease matters and offer market updates regularly to the Head of Department
• Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements and company regulations in executing out all responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with relevant retail leasing is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
