Assist the Sales & Leasing Manager on the following :
Formulating, implementing marketing strategies and advertising plans for lease and sale of properties
Possess good knowledge of retail/office/residential property markets and management of leasing and tenancies matters for multiples properties
Able to establish strong networks with real estate agents/solicitors on tenancy matters
Ensure proper management of properties and establish strong collaborative landlord-tenants relationship and address any issues they may have
Conduct regular inspections of properties and identify defects, ensure proper handover and return of leased properties
Manage, negotiate, prepare lease agreements and plan A&A and documentations including supervision on progress of work
Responsible and oversee day to day operations of the Sales & Leasing department including training and coaching of staff
Qualifications and Competencies for both positions
Qualification in Estate management with at least 4-7 years of relevant experience for the post of Senior Sales & Leasing Executive
Possess good knowledge of retail/office/commercial property markets and sound technical knowledge in the management of properties
Excellent persuasion, negotiation and presentation and strong communication skill
Strong sense of customer service and good inter-personal skill
Team player and resourceful and able to work independently with high level of integrity
