Job Description
My client is a local leading asset management company based in Singapore and specializes in the management and operation of commercial properties. They are looking for a Leasing Executive to join their team in Singapore.

- Securing leasing deals and engaging in negotiation
- Work with facilities management and finance team to ensure smooth day to day operations
- Min 1 year of leasing management experience handling commercial office portfolio
- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or equivalent.
- Experience in handling leasing administration duties, property tax administration and arrears management.
- Well-conversant with Office software applications.
- Great personality and good interpersonal skills.
