Role Overview



As the

Sales Manager - APAC

, you will oversee commercial operations, manage regional teams, and drive profitability across pump and instrumentation product lines. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on market engagement across diverse APAC territories.


Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute regional sales strategies for pump and instrumentation solutions Manage full P&L for APAC sales operations, ensuring revenue growth and margin optimization Lead and mentor a regional sales team, fostering performance and accountability Build strong relationships with F&B manufacturers, OEMs, and channel partners Identify market trends, regulatory shifts, and customer needs to shape product positioning Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver customized solutions Drive contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term account development Travel across APAC to support business development and team alignment

Requirements



Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in pump systems, instrumentation, or process equipment for F&B or related industries Proven leadership in managing regional teams and P&L responsibilities Strong technical understanding of fluid handling, hygienic design, and process control Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage Willingness to travel regionally (30-50%)
