Job Description

Sales Manager You will lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching. You will manage and coach the retail team into building sustainable client relationships as well as implement strategies for the store to improve sales performance. Customer Management

• Lead and develop the business of the store
• Maximize the potential of all product categories carried in the store, capitalizing on all available support (visual merchandising, product training, events)
• Build a loyal Clientele, leveraging all customer engagement tools (direct messaging, EDMs, lookbooks)
• Establish a client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve Client repurchase objectives
• Be the voice of the store in your country by understanding business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations

Store Operations

• Be aware of the competitive landscape and market trends
• Work with the Sales in-charge on sales target and store performance
• Initiate product merchandising plans for the store, taking into account seasonal shopping patterns and customer feedback
• Work with Merchandising & Warehouse teams to ensure store stock fulfilment and replenishment
• Lead by example on the floor, understand the Clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs, identify potential areas of improvement, and cultivate a feel for the market trends
• Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, merchandising plans, and display updates
• Provide consistent and qualitative feedback, coach the team on the spot and guide them in improving themselves as Sales ambassadors at the store
• Oversee the recruitment of permanent and part-time sales staff for current store, and new store, launching Q4 2022
• Manage a pool of part-time staff who will be engaged to support during events
• Oversee all staffing matters

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month Benefits:
