This role will be focusing on developing and establishing relationships with their customers and clients (projects owners, developers, IDs, Architects, etc.) in Singapore to sell in the organization\'s products through the implementation of sales strategies! The suitable incumbant will be required to work independently for the Singapore and Asian market, while reporting to the Hong Kong office.

Adecco is partnering with a Italian manufacturer of luxury tiles for residential and commercial projects around Asia and Europe, and they are looking for Sales Manager to join the team!

  • Assume responsibility for Sales activities in Singapore and Asia, with a primary focus on securing deals directly with IDs, Architects, Project/Home Owners and Developers.
  • Oversee the management of existing distributor
  • Address customer inquiries, furnish product details, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and coordinate the sales and marketing budget and initiatives within the region, following guidance from the reporting manager.
  • To achieve the sales targets set for Singapore.
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with the reporting manager and administrative direct reports, as well as market analysis.
  • Provide professional sales and post-sales support to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Job requirements
  • Min Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, and/or equivalent
  • Able to speak well and present well in English in a consultative sales approach
  • Have proven track record in sales of high-end buildings or decorative material in the region.
  • Have a strong client base and proven personal relationship with them
  • Proactive and independent with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analyzer, and problem solver, and able to able to work well under pressure.
