Sales Manager - Damaco Foods Singapore
For our Singapore office, Damaco Foods Pte. Ltd. we are looking for a Sales Manager with international trading experience. You\xe2\x80\x99ll find yourself in a small but dedicated team with an equal but international mindset. Open communication and transparency are highly respected characteristics. Occasionally you\xe2\x80\x99ll be communicating with HQ in Belgium or with colleagues in other offices.
Your responsibilities
Direct and deliver sales targets ensuring profitability
Analyze sales figures and set targets and strategies to increase results
Gather market information and keep up to date on market-defining topics
Constantly evaluate competitive situations and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 products and strategies and recommend appropriate tactics to prevent customer migration
Develop a long-term relationship with your customer portfolio
Intensify the regular contacts with your suppliers
Be resourceful in order to find business development opportunities with potential new clients
Communicate and report with a transparent and no-nonsense approach to your superiors
Go on international business trips to visit customers, to participate in exhibitions and other purposes
Profile
You have experience and network in international trading of frozen food to the processing industry, and/or trading of frozen food products.

You speak fluent English, any other additional language is a plus
You have strong communication, negotiation, selling and relationship-building skills
You have a commercial mentality and approach, and you are willing to travel
