  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales
  • Degree in business, marketing, engineering or applicable disciplines
  • Strong knowledge in finance
  • Dynamic personality with ability to navigate issues and problem solve
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM tools and Sales processes.
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to simplify and communicate complex business finance topics
  • Excellent analytical / organizational / time-management skills

The role is to:
  • Analyze the market to identify relevant and attractive projects.
  • Identify effective ways to connect directly with customers at various levels ranging from operations to senior management (C-suite level) to build long-term relationships and value.
  • Identify and target strategic clients and projects, establish long-term & trustful relations with customers.
  • Develop accurate segmentation and targeting of the market including identification of customer and market opportunities, establishing balance of pipeline building and revenue generation.
  • Develop a professional network to ensure that TotalEnergies is being recommended and introduced to strategic opportunities
  • Meet with clients to present and negotiate high-value contracts and help bring them to a close.
  • Grow the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) portfolio, including but not limited to marketing, origination, sales and service in Singapore.
  • Document customer activities and communication, maintain entries in CRM (Salesforce) and other sales management tools.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales teams, project teams, technical teams, post sales teams to effectively implement customer objectives and project plans.
  • Plan, Report and Achieve Sales targets

  • Fast changing environment in a very competitive and complex market.
  • Must act in accordance with local legislation, compliance, company ethics and values, as well as strong HSE standards.
  • Must acquire a good knowledge of TotalEnergies\' Distributed Generation offerings
  • Requires an ability to deal with a range of organizations from privately owned smaller enterprise to large multi-national corporates.
  • Develop an understanding of both local and regional competitors. Constantly changing technical evolutions, implement continuous performance improvement processes to constantly remain competitive in the moving business landscape.
  • Strategies independent of prices have to be constantly developed to deliver while protecting value.
  • Required to stay nimble and adapt to the evolving regulatory environment.
Operate in partnership with the Group affiliates to ensure consistent approach to customers, OneTotal structures used, communications coordinated, opportunities within the group leveraged.
