Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented

Sales Manager

to lead our sales team in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in interior design, construction, or related fields, and a passion for design and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for project acquisition and revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and maintain existing client portfolios. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. Collaborate with the design and project teams to understand service offerings and deliver tailored solutions to clients. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and site visits to generate leads and promote the brand. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management. Oversee proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations or concerns promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive, ideally in interior design, real estate, architecture, or construction industries. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools. Knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and project lifecycles is a plus. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
