Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Territory Planning:
Build an ICP/ABM plan; run disciplined outbound (email/phone/LinkedIn/events) to create qualified opportunities.
Discovery to Close:
Lead C-level discovery, shape value propositions with Product/Solutions, manage RFI/RFP, commercials, and
negotiate to signature
.
Deal Leadership:
Orchestrate legal, finance, and solution teams; set win strategy, timelines, and close plans (e.g., MEDDIC/BANT).
Partner & Ecosystem:
Develop carrier/channel/ISV partnerships; drive joint campaigns and co-sell motions.
Forecast & Hygiene:
Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, deliver reliable forecasts, and document win/loss learnings.
Handover:
Execute a clean transition to delivery/operations with clear SOW, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
Market Intelligence:
Track competitor moves, regulations, and enterprise buying trends to craft differentiated plays.
Requirements (Must-Haves)

Experience:
3-7+ years'
new-logo enterprise sales
success in ICT/telecom/cloud/managed services or adjacent B2B solutions; consistent over-quota performance in the past 2 years.
Customer Background:
Demonstrated experience
selling to Chinese enterprises/China-HQ MNCs
or managing their regional stakeholders is
strongly preferred
.
Domain Knowledge:
Familiar with one or more: enterprise connectivity, cloud/network services, security, data center, managed services, or digital platforms; understands enterprise procurement and compliance.
Proficient with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), Excel for deal economics, and PowerPoint for executive decks.
Language:
Fluent in English and Mandarin

Eligibility:
Legally eligible to work in Singapore; able to travel within ASEAN.
