Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Territory Plan:

Build/execute ABM plan; run outbound to develop qualified opportunities.

Discovery to Close:

Lead discovery, shape value with Product/Solutions, drive RFP/RFI and

negotiate to signature

.

Customer Management:

Establish executive relationships; expand into new buying centers pre-handover.

Market Insight:

Track competitors/regulations and craft differentiated plays.

Sales Ops:

Keep

CRM

accurate; maintain pipeline and reliable forecasts.

Handover & Governance:

Orchestrate clear SOW, milestones, acceptance with delivery/ops.

Collaboration:

Work with channel/carrier partners and internal teams to unblock deals.

General:

Complete other sales-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements


----------------

Education:

Bachelor's degree or above.

Experience:

3-7+ years

new-logo

enterprise sales success in ICT/cloud/telco/managed services; over-quota in the last 2 years.

Domain:

Familiar with enterprise connectivity, cloud/network services, security, DC, or managed services; understand enterprise buying/procurement cycles.

Sales Skills:

Relentless prospecting, executive storytelling, value-based selling (e.g., MEDDIC/BANT), commercial structuring, complex negotiation.

Tools:

CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), Excel for deal economics, PowerPoint for exec decks.

Language:

English & Mandarin

(Mandarin required to liaise with China-based product/engineering and review Mandarin technical/contract docs -- business necessity).

Other:

Ownership, urgency, self-motivation; ASEAN travel;

legally eligible to work in Singapore
