The Opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic and well-connected Sales Manager to drive our next phase of growth. Your primary mission is to leverage your existing network and client resources within the Chinese enterprise sector to identify and secure new clients who are ready to invest in their global brand journey. You are not just a seller; you are a trusted advisor who understands the ambitions and challenges of Chinese companies going overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Prospecting & Pipeline Development:Identify and target Chinese enterprises with proven potential and budget for international expansion.
Leverage Existing Network:Actively utilize your pre-existing relationships and client baseto generate qualified leads and secure meetings with key decision-makers.
Solution Selling: Conduct deep-dive needs analysis to understand client objectives and craft compelling proposals that showcase our full suite of services (e.g., Meta/Google/TikTok Ads, Amazon SP/AMS, Programmatic, SEO, KOL/Influencer Marketing, Brand Strategy).
Deal Closing & Negotiation:Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, negotiating terms that ensure mutual profitability and long-term partnership.
Market Intelligence:Serve as the voice of the client, providing insights to our internal teams on the evolving needs, challenges, and competitive landscape of Chinese brands expanding globally.
Revenue Target Ownership:Be directly responsible for achieving and exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications & Experience (Must-Haves):
Proven Sales Track Record:3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency, ad tech company, or media sales role.
Existing Client Resources (CRITICAL):Must possess a verifiable and active network of contacts and potential clients within the Chinese corporate landscape. Candidates should be prepared to discuss the nature and quality of their network.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital marketing and advertising ecosystem, including key channels (Performance Marketing, Social Media, Programmatic, etc.) and metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, LTV).
Chinese Brand Globalization Insight: First-hand experience working with or selling to Chinese brands that have international ambitions. You understand their unique pain points, such as cultural barriers, media fragmentation, and brand trust building.
Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and financial skills with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with international internal teams and local clients.
Entrepreneurial Drive: A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and can operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Ideal Candidate Profile (Nice-to-Haves):
Direct experience working within an international marketing/advertising agency.
Personal experience having helped a brand expand from one market to another.
Established relationships with media partners (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon Ads).
