Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for stainless steel bare and coated ductworks and control devices to join our team, focusing on the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry sectors.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.2. Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within these sectors, leveraging industry knowledge and networks.3. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, research facilities, and pharmaceutical companies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.4. Market ResearchConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities, providing insights to adjust sales strategies accordingly.5. Marketing CollaborationDevelop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.6. Sales PresentationsPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients and consultants, effectively communicating the value proposition of our ductwork solutions.7. Contract NegotiationNegotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.8. Sales ReportingProvide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.9. ComplianceEnsure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.10. Industry RepresentationRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, networking with potential clients and partners.11. Team LeadershipTrain and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals and develop their skills.12. Customer FeedbackGather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.12. Product KnowledgeMaintain up-to-date knowledge of our ductwork products and services, as well as advancements in HVAC technology relevant to the target sectors.13. Collaboration With EngineeringWork closely with the engineering team to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and project plans.14. Budget ManagementDevelop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.15. Sales Training ProgramsDesign and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.16. Customer Retention StrategiesDevelop and execute customer retention strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.17. Performance MetricsEstablish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of ductwork systems and HVAC industry standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
