\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.\xc2\xb7 Identify and pursue new business opportunities within these sectors, leveraging industry knowledge and networks.\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, research facilities, and pharmaceutical companies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.\xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities, providing insights to adjust sales strategies accordingly.\xc2\xb7 Develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients and consultants, effectively communicating the value proposition of our ductwork solutions.\xc2\xb7 Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.\xc2\xb7 Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.\xc2\xb7Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.\xc2\xb7 Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, networking with potential clients and partners.\xc2\xb7 Train and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals and develop their skills.\xc2\xb7 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our ductwork products and services, as well as advancements in HVAC technology relevant to the target sectors.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and project plans.\xc2\xb7 Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.\xc2\xb7 Design and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute customer retention strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.\xc2\xb7 Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.\xc2\xb7 Identify potential risks in the sales process and develop mitigation strategies to address them.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer projects.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Educational Background: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors.By submitting your personal data and/or resume, you give consent to collection, use and disclosure of your personal data and/or resume by the company (or its agent) for the purpose of the processing and administration by the company relating to this job application.**We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.Shirley Pamela Awah
