Responsible for the execution of sales activities in the sales area (HVAC/Energy) and achieve continuous sales growth and targets.
Expand local market share and drive sales revenue.
Forecast and report activity accurately in line with the sales target allocation.
Identify major projects within the accounts and running activities to build a strong client relationship.
Serves as a key point of contact between the client and the organization.
Responsible for preparation and submission of bids proposals and documents.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal technical resources to maximize product/solutions and professional service offerings.
Participate in the company promotions/marketing activities (digital campaign, brochures, application notes, letters, emails, website, etc.)
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering with a Business/Management background.
Minimum 8 to 10 years sales experience in integrated system solutions related to HVAC, mission-critical environments, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Sanitary), BIM, etc.
Possessing a SCEM Certification will be advantageous.
Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong in languages with good technical writing skill is preferred.
