Job Title: Sales Manager

Over the years, they have leveraged their technology and information gathering expertise \xe2\x80\x94as well as their global network\xe2\x80\x94to transform the business into a hybrid model offering superior manufacturing, processing, and R&D functions as well as trading company services.:
- Expand local sales for flavor and fragrance (food and beverage, animal nutrition and Agri-food segments) by actively acquiring new customers (Ingredients and Solutions).- Work closely with connected parties, including product managers to commercialize sales. - Explore new accounts in Homecare, Personal care and Aromatherapy (Aromas Business) industry- Strengthen the local relationship with global key accounts.- Liaising with technical team to support customer projects and deal with principals on business development.- Reporting sales progress and weekly updates on project pipelines.- Provide monthly demand forecast and ensure timely arrival of stocks. - Compiles competitor information and feedback to key suppliers on quarterly basis.- Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the companyJob Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Food, Chemistry or related field- Possess 7-10 years of sales experience in distributor role or trader role companies in food industry (or ingredients, homecare, personal care)- Strong commercial acumen and able to work ambiguity - Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills and customer focused- Ability to think strategically, detailed and organized.- Having a valid class 3 driving license is an added advantageCompensation:
