Job Description

Position Overview:The Sales Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned customers based on verticals segmentation. Being responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and customer acquisition objectives, he/she represents the entire range of company products and services though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a vertical market.You will be responsible in:

  • Building strong client relationships by providing customers with ongoing support and regular sharing of best practices, insights, and product knowledge.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Partnering with the success team to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully.
  • Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Building strong product expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.
  • Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
Ideal candidate:
  • You have at least 5 years experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), CRM Manager or Customer Success role, ideally within the IT Software industry.
  • You possess solid expertise in Enterprise Sales and Direct Sales.
  • Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, negotiations as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per monthBenefits:
