Our client is a one of the leading players in the Power & Motor Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sales Manager to be part of their Engineer team to support their business needs. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
of Sales Manager:
Drive Marine market business development and sales strategies.
Collaborate with regional sales leadership to execute sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
Expand business with existing clients and cultivate new client relationships to exceed sales targets.
Provide market insights to management and manage distributor partnerships for growth.
Increase market share of specified products, manage distribution channels, and drive cross-selling opportunities.
Gather and analyze market intelligence, enhance internal processes, and support local customers.
Foster strong client relationships, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirement
Degree in engineering field
At least 5 - 8 years relevant experience in handling Marine accounts, with relevant product background
