Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and key growth segments
Build and expand a strong sales pipeline by developing relationships with potential clients
Drive conversion of leads into new customers and consistently achieve regional sales targets
Manage and strengthen customer relationships through proactive account management and solution-based engagement
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product utilization
Respond to client requests promptly and ensure consistent service delivery
Continuously improve understanding of customers, competitors, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and administrative tools as required
Requirements
Over 3 years of solid sales experience working with international clients and partners
Strong passion for the maritime, transport, and logistics industries
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a multicultural business environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Highly proactive, results-driven, and resourceful in achieving targets
Strong analytical thinking with a strategic approach to market development
Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills
Proficient in written and spoken; fluent in an additional language would be an advantage
