Our client is specializing in providing communication, navigation, and automation systems for the marine and offshore oil & gas industriesJob Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Marine Business Unit (BU) and in close collaboration with the Sales Director (Marine)
• Identify, qualify, and finalize complex sales to both new and existing customers in the Marine and Offshore Oil and Gas sectors
• Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective customers to create new sales opportunities
• Document and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders
• Utilize resources and knowledge of Marine BU products, services, processes, and operations to fulfill customer commitments, gain a competitive edge, and drive business growth
• Prepare or oversee the creation of proposals and negotiate contracts for management approval
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other events to stay informed about industry trends and identify potential customers
• Deliver presentations to prospective clients within the designated territory or as needed.
• Engage and influence key decision-makers in senior positions
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by superiors or the company

Job Requirement(s):

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering
• 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience with a proven sales track record
• A strong sales network in the marine industry, along with knowledge of Maritime Satellite services, is advantageous
• Strong customer relationships with ship managers or owners are beneficial
• Excellent business acumen, communication, and presentation skills are required
