At least 8 years of business development, sales and marketing experience with at least 5 years in supervisory capacity
Experience in Process industry or downstream maintenance environment is preferred.
Knowledge in waste management and/or environmental services is an advantage.
Proven track record of generating new business and rapid revenue growth
Have basic understanding of technical principles in order to brain storm/offer customers technical solutions.
Must possess valid Class 3 Driving license; possess own vehicle will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Motivated and driven to achieve sales target set.
Besides achieving targets for revenue, to focus on profitability of jobs and sales growth.
Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives in line with Company's strategies, entrenching with existing customers and expanding customer base.
Able to lead, manage and motivate the sales team to enforce the sales and marketing strategy and achieve sales targets.
Analyze the developments in market/industry, be able to collect intelligence on the market and competitors so as to always help the company stay competitive.
Overall responsible for tender submission and follow up closely on tender review processes.
A team player that can work with the respective business units on proposing best technical solution for customers' needs, costing of the job, contribute to operational considerations and be proficient with safety considerations.
Able to communicate and continually engage with customers to forge relations and work closely with respective business units in the company to ensure service excellence.
Schedule regular customer visits to receive customer feedbacks and understand their needs.
Respond to customer feedback, resolving complaints and provide necessary supports to customers while maximizing profitability.
