Develop and execute channel strategy in line with company's objectives and plans
Achieve annual sales and profit targets for Modern trade channel
Raise brand's market share in trade.
Set and lead the distribution strategy for Modern Trade channel
Develop and implement effective business plans to achieve brand share and growth
Manage and set direction for distributor for Modern trade channel
Instruct and review distributor's sales team on sales performance
Key account management on key banners
Lead distributor on Modern trade related activities
Formulate monthly reports submission from distributor
Optimise trade spend for assigned accounts to ensure improved profitability.
Effective apportionment, phasing and control of trade support budget to deliver gross to net targets.
Execute effective cross function liaison with supply chain, logistics, marketing and finance to deliver business objectives.
Implement accurate sales forecasting, to meet monthly supply KPI.
Collection of market intelligence.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Degree level
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Modern trade sales management.
Strong channel management and experience in Modern trade key accounts management.
Excellent working knowledge of the Modern Trade in Singapore.
Sales driven, to meet business targets and goals.
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships with clients, with internal stakeholders.
Independent and proactive in business development.
Good business acumen.
Well verse in MS Office (Excel).
Possess Class 3 license.
Work Location: Kaki Bukit View
