Job Description

• Position: Sales Manager (Optometry/B2B/B2C) - Up to $6500 + Bonus
• Location: Alexandra (2 bus stops from Labrador Park MRT/Pasir Panjang MRT or 8 bus stops from Habourfront Stn/Vivocity)
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,500 + Transport Allowance $500 + Mobile Allowance $100 + Commission of Average One Month Salary + Performance Bonus + Annual Corporate Health Screening + Medical & Dental Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop strategy and plans to address customers\' needs, in line with strategy to drive revenue growth
• Work towards monthly sales targets with the sales team
• Maintain, develop and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers for company\'s growth sustainability
• Negotiate terms of agreement and closing sales, preparing of sales contracts in adherence to local country regulatory rules and guidelines
• Detailing of company products to optical outlet stakeholders, and provide advice on product information, or any special promotions.
• Direct and coordinate all sales activities locally
• Plan and direct the hiring and training of new sales representatives
• Prepare of sales budgets and projections
• Work closely with marketing team to plan and execute marketing promotions, campaigns or training activities
• Build in-store brand presence and visibility with customers
• Gather customer and market information in a timely manner to stay competitive
• Represent the company in trade shows, events and exhibitions
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in an amicable manner
• Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree holder
• Optometry degree preferred with 2-3 years of working experience
• B2B2C sales experience. Optical industry preferred but not a must.
• Experience in myopia management related products will be a plus.
• Possess class 3A driving license
• Has experience in leading a small team
