Job Description

Job Responsiblities:

• Manage, develop, coach the sales force through counselling and product knowledge and develop their skill to ensure high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
• Oversees and supervises the daily activities and performances of each Sales Executives to ensure efforts are optimized to reach the Company's targets in a timely manner.
• Performs weekly Sales Meeting with the team for close communication (Weekly and Daily Itinerary Report, Project Status Report) to effectively reach company goals and reports the same to the Top Management.
• Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales in closing or to facilitate and add value to the selling process.
• Provide on-the-ground support for Sales Executives as they generate leads and close new deals.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• Extensive sales experience up to supervisory level, managing a sales team and handling key accounts (preferably in construction or design and build industry)
• With strong connections with Architects, Engineers or Interior Designers.
• Must have the skills in business planning, development and management.
• With analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
• Demonstrates strong leadership in managing teams and delegation of targets.
• Must be willing to do saturation to open new accounts to drive sales quota.
• With excellent oral and written communication skills
• Availability to work a variety of hours including evenings, weekends and holidays from time to time.
