Job Description
Our client is a Real Estate industry. They are looking for an Sales Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West. Responsibilities:
- Responsible in handling potential sales leads, build continuous sales pipelines and sell through various platforms and channels, networking, conducting viewings and soliciting sales.
- Responsible in conducting all sales administration in compliance with statutory and company regulations.
- Responsible in actively follow-up on sales, prospect and track leads, and submit reports and work plans.
- Responsible in monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new project launches.
- Responsible in building positive, long-lasting value-based relationships with customers and property agents and require to work on weekends and public holidays due to the nature of the industry and job.
- Min Diploma / Degree in real estate / marketing or any relevant field
- Min 6 - 10 years working experience
- Prior experience in real estate industry is a bonus
