Sales Manager
to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Approach and build relationships with
corporate clients, schools, malls, and other organizations
to promote our workshops and art programs.
Conduct presentations and meetings to pitch MurcyArt Gallery's creative workshops and services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and confidence.
Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive leads and visibility.
Prepare sales reports, track performance, and forecast growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the
art, education, or events industry
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in approaching new clients.
Able to work independently and represent the brand professionally during client visits.
Compensation:
This is a
commission-based position
. Attractive commission rates will be offered based on confirmed sales and successful partnerships secured.
