, you'll drive property sales and tenancy deals by creating sales strategies and turning opportunities into achievements. You'll grow and energize our property agent network, lead telesales with passion, and ensure every client enjoys outstanding service from the first call to the final handshake.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
Drive property sales and tenancy activities with a strong focus on closing successful deals.
Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful marketing and sales initiatives across both new and existing property portfolios (e.g., show flat management, digital campaigns, collaborations with agents, etc.).
Manage and expand our professional property agent network to generate high-quality sales leads.
Adopt proactive follow-up, while maintaining accurate customer data in the corporate CRM system.
Training & Network Building
Deliver weekly presentations and regular follow-ups to strengthen engagement with property agents.
Customer Success & After-Sales
Manage pre- and post-sales/tenancy activities, including coordination with subcontractors for unit touch-ups and repairs.
Provide consistent support to clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
Oversee tenancy management while identifying and driving new sales opportunities.
Leadership & Collaboration
Work closely with Directors and Heads of Department on sales and marketing strategies.
Take on ad-hoc responsibilities to support business growth and success.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Proven sales management track record, ideally in property/real estate, with strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience in agent management, telesales, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office Applications.
Strong leadership and team training skills, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Results-driven, customer-focused, highly organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
