Job Summary



We are seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager

to drive business growth and expand our footprint within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities among catering companies and restaurant chains, building strong partnerships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to promote our sustainable and eco-friendly tableware and food packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Market Expansion & Sales Growth



Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B sector. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including catering companies and restaurant chains.

Sales Planning & Execution



Formulate and execute a clear sales plan with defined Objectives & Key Results (OKRs). Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis



Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Develop market segmentation strategies to uncover growth opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations on product positioning and pricing strategies.

Job Requirements



Minimum

3-5 years of sales experience

in the F&B industry, preferably with exposure to selling packaging products to

catering companies, restaurant chains, or fresh food factories.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships. Resilient, goal-oriented, and persistent in closing sales opportunities. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism; energetic, proactive, and self-motivated in pursuing new customers.

Good understanding of key F&B industry players
