This position reports to the Local Business Area Manager and based in Singapore.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining key sales targets and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor the performance. - - Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and taking appropriate remedial actions, proactively
- Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determining plans for implementation, and allocating required resources
- Planning and executing customer surveys and acting on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participating in the negotiation of key contracts
Identifying, monitoring, and maintaining/ sales market price levels, after evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team. Supporting sales organizations to ensure the achievement of sales volume and product mix targets
- Monitoring client financial status and reporting any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams
Identifying and managing potential risks (including cybersecurity) related to contract agreements across customers/channels
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing sales processes and tools, and the related training and development activities
- Promoting and enabling collaboration in the division, across divisions, business areas, and teams to maximize results for ABB. Providing guidance to the teams and seeks knowledge for their own development and coaching/mentoring of the teamsQualifications for the role
