Job Description
Position Requirements
Sales Performance:
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales KPIs.Strong experience in lead generation, closing sales, and client retention.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or related fields.Preferably from industries requiring high client engagement (e.g., retail, hospitality, corporate services).
Work Commitment:
Flexible to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks and tight deadlines.
Attitude and Approach:
Positive, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.Willingness to take initiative and adapt to challenges.
Communication Skills:
Strong ability to understand and address client requests and requirements.Clear and professional communication for reports, updates, and proposals.
Project Management (Preferred):
Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively.Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
