Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Rental Management:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for welding machines (sales and rentals).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with industrial clients, fabrication shops, and construction companies.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals.
Manage rental inventory - ensure availability, maintenance, and proper documentation of rented machines.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues related to welding equipment and rentals.
Welding Consumables Sales:
Promote and sell welding consumables including electrodes, wires, gas regulators, nozzles, safety gear, etc.
Maintain strong product knowledge and provide technical advice to customers.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure a steady supply and competitive pricing.
Hardware Shop Management:
Supervise day-to-day operations of the hardware shop including inventory, staff, merchandising, and customer service.
Monitor stock levels, manage reordering processes, and minimize inventory loss.
Train and manage sales assistants and ensure high-quality service standards.
Oversee pricing, labeling, and product displays.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and rental activity updates.
Coordinate with the accounts department for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in welding equipment sales, preferably in a leadership role.
Technical Knowledge:

Management Skills:
