Sales Manager

to lead our sales efforts, grow our memberships, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Drive new membership sales through effective lead generation, outreach, and conversion. Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with members, corporate clients, and community partners. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with marketing team to create promotions, events, and campaigns. Train, motivate, and manage sales consultants to achieve individual and team goals. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at every touchpoint.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a sales team. Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable. Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is a plus.
