Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Identify and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and corporate accounts. Drive membership packages, promotions, and customer loyalty programs. Lead and motivate the front-of-house and sales team to deliver outstanding service and upselling results. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline progress. Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally in the beauty, wellness, retail, or hospitality industry. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Leadership abilities to inspire and guide the team. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for the beauty industry. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
