Responsibilities:
Able to motivate and lead the sales team.
Good sense of communication. Able to build and maintain strong relationships with sales team and customer.
Able to work in full autonomy and yet able to follow the direction and strategy of the management.
Good fashion sense and keeping up to date with current trends.
Good knowledge of retail business.
Able to train promoters and improve the visual merchandising.
Understand the market, competitors and brand environment.
At least 5 years of managerial exposure.
Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers, merchandising, etc.
Able to work shifts hours/weekends/public holiday.
Customer service oriented.
