Responsible for reviewing the daily sales and service plans Assigning specific duties to colleagues to ensure smooth operations Prepare key profile data of customers who have appointments scheduled for the day Responsible for daily check on stock usage and patch recording or data entry of any differences Ensure stock cards are daily updated, and the day stock items are duly placed according to appointments Handle daily aministrative clinic works, tally and check on daily report Assist with all related Clinic Operation duties Assisting in ad-hoc duties assigned by Reporting Officer(s) or Doctor When assigned as part of the Fast Sales Team during Fast Sales Event(s)/Day(s), you must actively participate in any of the Fast Sales Event(s). Step-out and events to generate leads of awareness. When required, be involved in the preparation work with Marketing team. Attend to and engage with walk-in or call-in and enquiry customers and provide customer service including communicating with customers before and after clinic visits, through telephone and digital channels To make follow-up calls after clinic visits to provide advice about post-treatment care and book review appointments with doctors Calling and making appointments for new leads generated from step-out, walk-in or call out list provided by HQ Understand and analyze customers' skin, body or hair concerns Advise customers on various treatment options, as guided by Aesthetic Doctors Schedule customers' appointments, assign the staff (doctors, consultants, therapists), and treatment facilities to scheduled customer appointments Call Handling duties, manning the sales hotlines at the branch and/or deploy to assist business centers on scheduled days Assist customers to check in at the counter upon arrival Promote sales of serices, packages and skincare products Consulting, treatment sales, clinical therapy, and assisting patients with doctor treatments Step-out and events to generate leads of awareness Engage with walk-in or walk-by customers to generate leads * Assisting in Group's marketing and training programs
