Sales Manager
to oversee showroom operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Attend to customers and deliver professional product consultations.
Introduce, recommend, and upsell furniture and bedding solutions tailored to customer needs.
Prepare, analyse, and present sales reports to management.
Maintain and uphold showroom standards, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and appealing displays.
Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Collaborate closely with the marketing department to plan and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.
Manage inventory levels in collaboration with the purchasing team to ensure product availability.
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to sales staff.
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales management, preferably in furniture, home decor, or retail.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service orientation with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with sales reporting tools.
