Monitor sales performance and ensure team targets are achieved
Provide coaching and guidance to improve sales effectiveness
Handle on-site operational challenges and ensure smooth execution of events
Report daily and weekly sales results to management
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
At least 2-3 years of experience in sales management or team leadership
Strong track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and people management skills
Proactive, responsible, and able to handle fast-paced event environments
