Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years managing the Chinese market.
Proven track record in expanding overseas markets and successfully developing the China market.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for daily interaction with Chinese clients and preparing reports in Chinese.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide the sales team toward performance goals.
Strong business acumen and market awareness, with the ability to anticipate and respond to market shifts and customer demands.
