Job Summary
The Sales Manager at Kaicycle will lead revenue growth across direct and online channels by delivering tailored sales strategies, engaging riders with personalised recommendations, and ensuring exceptional after-sales service. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, analysing sales data, mentoring the team with clear KPIs, and strengthening Kaicycle's brand presence through partnerships, customer stories.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue across direct and online channels. Provide tailored recommendations on Mini Velo and Java bikes, fittings, and accessories, ensuring professional after-sales service and problem resolution.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with lifestyle brands, cycling communities, and corporate clients.
Engage customers with a consultative, rider-first approach--understanding their lifestyle needs and recommending the best fit.
Leverage customer stories and feedback to build a strong brand narrative across both physical retail and digital channels.
Track, interpret, and analyse sales data to identify top-performing bike models and accessories.
Explore and apply digital/AI-driven tools to improve customer follow-up, automate engagement workflows, and enhance sales efficiency. Lead and mentor the team, setting clear KPIs related to conversion rates, repeat sales, and customer satisfaction.
Provide quarterly market analysis reports including competitor pricing, sales trends, and customer feedback.
Provide management with monthly sales reports, and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
Min 1-2 years of working experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
